These terms cover your use of the Lantern Tales app. By using the app you agree to them.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your family's private, non-commercial use.
The stories
Every tale is our own retelling, written by us, based on folk tales that are in the public domain. The sources are credited in the app under Settings → Sources & credits. Our retellings, translations and illustrations are not public domain — they belong to us. You may read them aloud freely: at home, and in classrooms and libraries. You may not republish, redistribute or sell them, or use them to train machine-learning models.
Subscriptions
A subscription unlocks the full library. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings — we cannot cancel it for you. Refunds are handled by Apple.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We work hard to keep it calm, safe and working, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, where the operator is established. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.

Lizenz
Wir gewähren dir eine persönliche, nicht ausschließliche, nicht übertragbare Lizenz zur Nutzung der App auf Geräten, die dir gehören oder die du kontrollierst, für den privaten, nicht kommerziellen Gebrauch deiner Familie.
Die Märchen
Jedes Märchen ist unsere eigene Nacherzählung, von uns geschrieben, auf Grundlage gemeinfreier Volksmärchen. Die Quellen sind in der App unter Einstellungen → Quellen & Dank genannt. Unsere Nacherzählungen, Übersetzungen und Illustrationen sind nicht gemeinfrei — sie gehören uns. Du darfst sie frei vorlesen: zu Hause, in Kitas, Schulen und Bibliotheken. Du darfst sie nicht erneut veröffentlichen, weiterverbreiten oder verkaufen und nicht zum Training von KI-Modellen verwenden.
Abonnements
Ein Abo schaltet die gesamte Bibliothek frei. Die Zahlung wird bei Bestätigung des Kaufs deinem Apple-Account belastet. Es verlängert sich automatisch, sofern du nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums kündigst. Verwalten und kündigen kannst du es in den Einstellungen deines Apple-Accounts — wir können das nicht für dich tun. Erstattungen wickelt Apple ab.
Keine Gewährleistung
Die App wird wie besehen bereitgestellt. Wir geben uns Mühe, sie ruhig, sicher und funktionsfähig zu halten, können aber nicht zusichern, dass sie immer unterbrechungs- und fehlerfrei läuft.
Haftung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für mittelbare Schäden oder Folgeschäden. Zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.

Chaque conte est notre propre version, écrite par nous, à partir de contes populaires appartenant au domaine public. Les sources sont créditées dans l'app sous Réglages → Sources et remerciements. Nos versions, traductions et illustrations ne sont pas dans le domaine public : elles nous appartiennent. Vous pouvez les lire à voix haute librement, à la maison comme en classe ou en bibliothèque. Vous ne pouvez pas les republier, les redistribuer, les vendre, ni les utiliser pour entraîner des modèles d'apprentissage automatique.
Abonnements
Un abonnement débloque toute la bibliothèque. Le paiement est débité de votre compte Apple à la confirmation de l'achat. Il se renouvelle automatiquement sauf résiliation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours. Gérez-le ou résiliez-le dans les réglages de votre compte Apple — nous ne pouvons pas le faire à votre place. Les remboursements sont gérés par Apple.
Absence de garantie
L'app est fournie en l'état. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour qu'elle reste calme, sûre et fonctionnelle, sans pouvoir garantir qu'elle sera toujours ininterrompue ni exempte d'erreurs.
Responsabilité
Dans la limite permise par la loi, nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages indirects ou consécutifs. Rien ici ne limite les droits des consommateurs auxquels il ne peut être dérogé.

Los cuentos
Cada cuento es nuestra propia versión, escrita por nosotros, a partir de cuentos populares de dominio público. Las fuentes se acreditan en la app en Ajustes → Fuentes y créditos. Nuestras versiones, traducciones e ilustraciones no son de dominio público: nos pertenecen. Puedes leerlas en voz alta con toda libertad, en casa, en el aula y en la biblioteca. No puedes republicarlas, redistribuirlas ni venderlas, ni usarlas para entrenar modelos de aprendizaje automático.
Suscripciones
La suscripción desbloquea toda la biblioteca. El pago se carga a tu cuenta de Apple al confirmar la compra. Se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo en curso. Puedes gestionarla o cancelarla en los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple; nosotros no podemos hacerlo por ti. Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple.
Sin garantía
La app se ofrece tal cual. Nos esforzamos por mantenerla tranquila, segura y funcionando, pero no podemos prometer que esté siempre libre de interrupciones o errores.
Responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos por daños indirectos o consecuentes. Nada de esto limita los derechos del consumidor que no pueden limitarse.

Le nostre rinarrazioni, traduzioni e illustrazioni non sono di pubblico dominio: appartengono a noi. Puoi leggerle ad alta voce liberamente, a casa, in classe e in biblioteca. Non puoi ripubblicarle, ridistribuirle o venderle, né usarle per addestrare modelli di apprendimento automatico.
Abbonamenti
L'abbonamento sblocca l'intera raccolta. Il pagamento viene addebitato sul tuo account Apple alla conferma dell'acquisto. Si rinnova automaticamente se non disdici almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso. Puoi gestirlo o disdirlo nelle impostazioni del tuo account Apple: noi non possiamo farlo per te. I rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple.
Nessuna garanzia
L'app è fornita così com'è. Facciamo del nostro meglio per tenerla calma, sicura e funzionante, ma non possiamo promettere che sia sempre priva di interruzioni o errori.
Responsabilità

Licentie
We verlenen je een persoonlijke, niet-exclusieve, niet-overdraagbare licentie om de app te gebruiken op apparaten die je bezit of beheert, voor privé- en niet-commercieel gebruik binnen je gezin.
De verhalen
Elk verhaal is onze eigen hervertelling, door ons geschreven, op basis van volksverhalen uit het publieke domein. De bronnen staan in de app onder Instellingen → Bronnen & dank. Onze hervertellingen, vertalingen en illustraties zijn niet publiek domein — ze zijn van ons. Je mag ze vrij voorlezen: thuis, in de klas en in de bibliotheek. Je mag ze niet opnieuw publiceren, verspreiden of verkopen, en niet gebruiken om machine-learningmodellen te trainen.
Abonnementen
Een abonnement ontsluit de hele bibliotheek. De betaling wordt bij bevestiging van de aankoop van je Apple-account afgeschreven. Het wordt automatisch verlengd, tenzij je minstens 24 uur voor het einde van de lopende periode opzegt. Beheren of opzeggen doe je in de instellingen van je Apple-account — wij kunnen dat niet voor je doen. Terugbetalingen verlopen via Apple.
Geen garantie
De app wordt geleverd zoals hij is. We doen ons best om hem rustig, veilig en werkend te houden, maar kunnen niet beloven dat hij altijd ononderbroken of foutloos werkt.
Aansprakelijkheid
Voor zover de wet dat toestaat zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte of gevolgschade. Niets hierin beperkt consumentenrechten die niet beperkt mogen worden.

サブスクリプション
ご登録により全ライブラリが利用できます。お支払いは、購入の確定時にApple アカウントに 請求されます。現在の期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動的に更新されます。 管理・解約はApple アカウントの設定から行ってください。私たちが代わりに解約することは できません。返金はAppleが対応します。
無保証
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。穏やかで安全に、きちんと動くよう努めていますが、 常に中断がないこと、誤りがないことをお約束はできません。
責任
法令が認める範囲で、間接損害および結果的損害について責任を負いません。制限できない 消費者の権利を、本規約が制限することはありません。

이야기에 대하여
모든 이야기는 퍼블릭 도메인 민담을 바탕으로 저희가 직접 다시 쓴 것입니다. 출처는 앱의 설정 → 출처와 감사의 말에 밝혀 두었습니다. 저희의 각색, 번역, 삽화는 퍼블릭 도메인이 아니며 저희에게 귀속됩니다. 가정에서는 물론 교실과 도서관에서도 자유롭게 소리 내어 읽어 주셔도 됩니다. 다만 재출판, 재배포, 판매, 그리고 머신러닝 모델 학습에 사용하실 수는 없습니다.
구독
구독하면 서재 전체가 열립니다. 결제는 구매를 확인할 때 Apple 계정에 청구됩니다. 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 관리와 해지는 Apple 계정 설정에서 하실 수 있으며, 저희가 대신 해지해 드릴 수는 없습니다. 환불은 Apple이 처리합니다.
보증의 부인
앱은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 차분하고 안전하며 잘 작동하도록 최선을 다하지만, 언제나 중단이나 오류가 없으리라 약속드릴 수는 없습니다.
책임

پروانهٔ استفاده
ما به شما پروانهای شخصی، غیرانحصاری و غیرقابلانتقال میدهیم تا برنامه را روی دستگاههایی که در اختیار دارید، برای استفادهٔ خصوصی و غیرتجاری خانوادهتان به کار ببرید.
دربارهٔ قصهها
هر قصه بازگویی خودِ ماست که بر پایهٔ افسانههای عامیانهٔ در مالکیت عمومی نوشته شده است. منابع در برنامه، در بخش تنظیمات ← منابع و سپاس، ذکر شدهاند. بازگوییها، ترجمهها و تصویرگریهای ما در مالکیت عمومی نیستند و به ما تعلق دارند. میتوانید آزادانه آنها را بلند بخوانید: در خانه، در کلاس درس و در کتابخانه. اما اجازهٔ بازنشر، توزیع مجدد یا فروش آنها، و نیز استفاده از آنها برای آموزش مدلهای یادگیری ماشین را ندارید.
اشتراک
اشتراک، همهٔ کتابخانه را باز میکند. هنگام تأیید خرید، مبلغ از حساب اپل شما کسر میشود. اشتراک بهطور خودکار تمدید میشود، مگر آنکه دستکم ۲۴ ساعت پیش از پایان دورهٔ جاری آن را لغو کنید. مدیریت و لغو از طریق تنظیمات حساب اپل انجام میشود؛ ما نمیتوانیم بهجای شما لغو کنیم. بازپرداختها را اپل انجام میدهد.
عدم تضمین
برنامه «همانگونه که هست» ارائه میشود. تمام تلاشمان را میکنیم که آرام، امن و سالم بماند، اما نمیتوانیم قول دهیم همیشه بیوقفه و بیخطا باشد.
مسئولیت
تا جایی که قانون اجازه میدهد، مسئول زیانهای غیرمستقیم یا تبعی نیستیم. هیچیک از این بندها حقوق مصرفکننده را که قابل سلب نیست محدود نمیکند.
